Seven Universal Principles

#1 The Principle of Mentalism

“The ALL is MIND. The Universe is mental”

The ALL is defined as, the physical and material Universe, The phenomena of life and death, the powers of creation and destruction, the manifestation of all physical matter, every sensory input. The ALL is Pure Spirit/Energy. The nature of Pure Spirit is in itself unknowable and undefineable. As humans we may perceive Pure Spirit as “Universal infinite living mind.” The Universe is a “mental creation” of the ALL and therefore subject to the Laws of creation. The Universe as a whole exists with in this “living mind.” It is within this “mental creation” that we experience and exist as beings of consciousness. This Principle establishes the “mental” order of the Universe and reveals the force behind all mental/psychic phenomena not explained through conventional science. Understanding this Principle enables one to apply the laws of “mentalism” to their own well being. Careful study and comprehension of this Principle reveals the true nature of energy, power and physical matter, as being subordinate to Pure Spirit. Embrace this truth with complete confidence and advance toward well being.

#2 The Principle of Correspondence

“As above, So below. As above, So below.”

As the principles of mathematics and geometry enable the learned Astronomer to accurately chart the vast heavens without leaving the observatory, the “Principle of Correspondence” enables the sage to see from the known to the unknown. There is always a “correspondence” between the various planes of being and manifestations of life. This Principle applies on all planes of the mental and material Universe. “To know the tree, is to study the seed.” Comprehension of this Principle will reveal the Cause and Effect of “unseen” natural forces.

#3 The Principle of Vibration

“Every thing vibrates , No thing rests”

This Principle verifies the “Universal Vibrational Scale” as the measure of all spiritual energy and physical matter. This Principle corresponds to the “Throat Chakra and thyroid gland which regulate the conversion of oxygen and food to energy/vibration. Pure Spirit vibrates at an extremely rapid rate and appears nearly motionless. This is the apex of the “Vibrational Scale” as measured by speed and intensity. Gross dense physical matter manifests as slower, lower vibrations and also appears nearly motionless. This is the opposing “pole” or lower end of the “Vibrational Scale.” The mountain becomes the stone, the pebble, the sand, the dust. Everything is in constant motion. Between these opposing poles the Universe manifests in infinite degrees or levels of vibration/motion. Actualizing the Throat Chakra enables comprehension of this principle and reveals the differences between Pure Spirit, mental energy, and physical matter as varying levels of vibration. Effecting vibration is the true Nature of Power.

#4 The Principle of Polarity

“Everything is dual ; everything has poles ; everything has its pair of opposites ; like and unlike are the same ; opposites are identical in Nature, but different in degree ; extremes meet ; all truth are but half true ; all paradoxes may be reconciled.”

There is no difference between hot-cold, large-small, black-white, they are but different degrees/levels of “Vibration” corresponding to opposing poles. This principle explains and unites every paradox in the Universe, no Principle can supersede this. Love and hate appear radically different, they are but differing degrees of the same. Love, like, indifference, dislike, hate. You have felt your own emotions/vibration move rapidly across these varying degrees.

Of far greater importance than this observation is the human ability to Transmute/change Vibrations/emotions through the application of Will/choice. This Transmutation of Vibration reveals the ancient arts of Alchemy and magik. Actualizing the Heart Chakra enables comprehension and application of the “Principle of Polarity.” Within these ‘poles’ lay the subtle differences between harmony/good and chaos/evil. This Principle also reveals the omnipresent conditional reality of heaven and hell. The student of Universal Principles “willfully chooses” the higher more harmonious levels/degrees of the “Vibrational Scale.” Applying the Principle of Correspondence to this Principle clearly indicates one can “mentally transmute” the emotions/vibrations of others.

#5 The Principle of Rhythm

“Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the left is the measure of the swing to the right; rhythm compensates.”

Within the poles established through the principle of polarity there is continuous and measured motion in all things. There must be equal and opposite reaction for every action. From the creation and destruction of worlds to the ebb and flow of the tides, all motion must have measure. The principle of rhythm also applies to E-motion, the mental condition of the self. Emotion is mental motion. This aspect is of great interest to the student of Universal Law. Here is revealed the alchemical teaching of Neutralization. To overcome the effects of rhythm and the natural pull of polarity one may apply the art of neutralization to effect emotional balance.

One cannot transcend or supersede the dual forces of polarity. Through neutralization the focused student learns to use these forces rather than be used by them. The effect of neutralization allows the sage to choose a resting-place or point of observation within the vibrational scale. This technique neutralizes the natural rhythmic swing that tends to carry one toward an opposing pole. All souls who have attained a level of mastery perform this balancing act to some degree. The dedicated student does this consciously and constantly through application of the Will. The effects of neutralization create a condition of mental poise and balance that is difficult to comprehend by those who have their emotions manipulated by the forces of rhythm.

#6 The Principle of Cause and Effect

“Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause; everything happens according to Law; Chance is but a name for Law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the Law”

This principle reveals the fact that there is cause for every effect. Nothing can happen without cause, events do not merely occur. There are no accidents, no coincidences and no such thing as chance. Comprehension and application of these universal and natural principles allows the advancing student to transcend the plane of effect to become a part of the cause.

Humanity is subject to the effects of desire and suggestion. These and many other causal elements move the masses through effect. The students of Mental-Mastery transcend this plane of effect by balancing their own emotions and character, causing change in the self and effecting the surrounding environment.

Correspondence to the higher planes of vibration serves to rule the lower. This truth contains a wealth of knowledge for those who may see.

#7 The Principle of Gender

“Gender is in everything; everything has its Feminine and Masculine Principles; Gender manifests on all planes.”

The Principle of Gender demonstrates the fact that feminine/yin and masculine/yang forces are manifest in all things. The word gender is of Latin origin, meaning to generate, to create or to beget. This principle must correspond to the forces of creation and evolution, and therefore, must apply on every dimension and plane of existence throughout the infinite universe. On the physical plane, gender manifests as human sexuality. The student of universal law perceives sexuality as the natural and pure inter-relation of masculine and feminine principles. Comprehension of this principle reveals the mysteries behind the forces of creation and evolution.

The Principle of Gender has no connection or reference to the theories and teachings of phallicism, such cults and practices are taught under many names. The student of balance quickly learns to identify and avoid the phallic philosophies. Such practices develop immoral tendencies and characteristics, creating imbalance in Natural Principles. The teaching of these basal and licentious techniques do not correspond to Universal Laws. To the pure, all is pure.

Seven Principles of Universal Order

  1. Everything is a differentiation of One Infinity.
  2. Everything changes.
  3. All antagonisms are complementary.
  4. There is nothing identical.
  5. What has a front has a back.
  6. The bigger the front, the bigger the back.
  7. What has a beginning has an end.

Twelve Laws of Universal Change

  1. One Infinity manifests itself into complementary and antagonistic tendencies, yin and yang, in its endless change.
  2. Yin and yang are manifested continuously from the eternal movement of One Infinite Universe.
  3. Yin represents centrifugality. Yang represents centripetality. Yin and yang together produce energy and all phenomena.
  4. Yin attracts yang. Yang attracts yin.
  5. Yin repels yin. Yang repels yang.
  6. Yin and yang combined in varying proportions produce different phenomena. The attraction and repulsion among phenomena is proportional to the difference of the yin and yang forces.
  7. All phenomena are constantly changing their constitution of yin and yang forces; yin changes into yang, yang changes into yin.
  8. Nothing is solely yin or solely yang. Everything is composed of both tendencies in varying degrees.
  9. There is nothing neutral. Either yin or yang is in excess in every occurrence.
  10. Large yin attracts small yin. Large yang attracts small yang.
  11. Extreme yin produces yang, and extreme yang produces yin.
  12. All physical manifestations are yang at the center, and yin at the surface.
