Cayenne Buttermilk (2 grams of fat per 2 Tablespoon serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons fat free Parmesan topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt

Mix ingredients together until smooth.
