Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons fat free Parmesan topping
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/16 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
