1/2 c fat-free sour cream
1/4 c reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg (16 oz) coleslaw mix
1/2 pkg (10 oz size) shredded red cabbage
1 green pepper, shredded
In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Stir in coleslaw mix, red cabbage, and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 5 cups
