- 1/2 cup spelt
- 1 1/4 cups filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons Brazil nuts
- 1/4 fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
1. Bring spelt and salted water to a boil. cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 1 1/4 hours.
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, except protein powder, stirring until creamy.
3. Sprinkle protein powder on top and serve immediately.
