30 wonton wrappers (3-inch square)

Spray 2 large cookie sheets with no-stick spray. Arrange the wonton wrappers in a single layer on the cookie sheets.

Spray the wonton wrappers with no-stick spray. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut each diagonally in half.

Bake at 350 degrees F about 5 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are lightly brown and crisp.

Note: You can vary the taste of the chips by using different flavors of no-stick spray, such as regular, olive oil and butter. You can also add some zest to the chips by lightly sprinkling the wonton wrappers with ground red pepper or chili powder before baking them.
