Doughnut Balls

Deep Fryer, or large deep pan
biscuit mix(or buy the already prepared kind)
Crisco(lots of it)
3 paper towels
1 large plate
1/2 cup of suger
1 breakfast bowl

Heat crisco in pan on high or in deep fryer on around 400 degrees. Crisco, when melted should be about an inch deep. roll small chunks of buscuit mix into small balls and cook in hot grease until golden brown, don’t under or over cook, your first batch might not turn out very good. But cooked balls on paper towels to drain, when drained roll them in the half a cup of suger in the small bowel.

Taste best when hot.
