Eggless French Toast

Ingredients:  
2 C. Bananas, Sliced
3/4 C. Vanilla Soy Milk
1 tsp. Cinnamon
8 slices Whole Wheat or sprouted Grain Bread
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
  Maple Syrup

1. Put Bananas, soy milk, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a pie plate.
2. Dip bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.
3. Brush a nonstick skillet or griddle with oil. When hot, add coated bread slices. Brown on one side, 2-3 minutes. Turn and brown on other side.
4. Serve with Maple Syrup.
