2 C. | Bananas, Sliced |
3/4 C. | Vanilla Soy Milk |
1 tsp. | Cinnamon |
8 slices | Whole Wheat or sprouted Grain Bread |
1 tsp. | Vegetable Oil |
Maple Syrup |
1. Put Bananas, soy milk, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a pie plate.
2. Dip bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.
3. Brush a nonstick skillet or griddle with oil. When hot, add coated bread slices. Brown on one side, 2-3 minutes. Turn and brown on other side.
4. Serve with Maple Syrup.
