Energizing Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt (or nonfat vanilla to make it sweeter)
- 1 1/3 c. frozen strawberries (no added sugar)
- 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
- 1 banana, peeled and quartered
Place all ingredients into a blender and process on the pulse setting until mixture is a milkshake consistency. Serves 1.
