Ginger Tea

Ginger is one of the most diversely consumed herb in the world. Not only is it enjoyed as a beverage but it is eaten in many forms world-wide. Ginger slices from the fresh root purchased at the grocery store will do for an introduction to the tastes and actions of Ginger in general but older roots that have been cured are considered the best form to make tea.
