How to stay hydrated and burn fat

When I walk by myself, I walk my route nonstop. On weekends, however, my boyfriend joins me. I enjoy the company, but when he walks with me we stop at a store and get water. Is it less effective to stop and go when walking? Should I tell him that we need to walk straight through and reward ourselves with a drink when we get home?

If you’re walking for aerobic fitness’ sake, it¬†is¬†better to do a sustained workout. But water is important too.

I recommend carrying a water bottle and drinking on the road, instead of stopping and cooling down in the store. Maybe that will keep you both happy! It is important to continue the rhythm because if you loose it, it might be difficult to restart it.
