This cheese is made ​​with skimmed milk, it is given the shape of a cube weighing about one kilogram and is left to mature for a period ranging from one to two months. Its flavor is sweet with a delicate “bouquet”, it has a soft, yellowish and somewhat greasy, sticky rind, smooth and tiny holes. It works especially outside Belgium, especially in Aisazia and German speaking countries, as well as in Netherlands.
