Certainly not your special guest, when you serve them this cucumber-lobster raita.
Mix together 1 lg. Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped, 1 c. torn bits of cooked lobster, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. celery seeds, a pinch of cumin, 1 c. yogurt, 1/2 c. buttermilk and 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley. Serve in a bed of radicchio leaves and relish the praise.
