-2 cups plain low fat yogurt;
-3 green onions, finely chopped;
-2 medium cucumbers, chopped;
-1/2 cup of small red raisons, washed and drained;
-1/3 cup of Middle Eastern Blend herbs;
-salt and pepper to taste.
Save a little herb blend for decoration and crumble rest between palms of your hand, and add it with salt and pepper to the yogurt. Blend it until it is smooth and creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and sir it well. Pour it into a bowl and decorate with the saved middle eastern blend herbs. Serve it chilled.
