Multivitamins for kids?

My son is ten years old. He no longer wants to take chewable multivitamins. Can you recommend a multivitamin for him? Most of the vitamins I have found are for adults only.

Healthy children do not ordinarily need vitamin supplements, since most receive adequate amounts of vitamins in their diets.

However, children and adolescents who do not eat red meat or who do not consume milk products are at risk of having inadequate amounts of the minerals, iron and calcium in their diets.

These children may need alternative sources of iron and calcium in their diets. A good-sized ten-year-old could take an adult multivitamin pill without risk of overdose, if you still believe he needs a multivitamin in his diet.
