Old-Fashioned Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • 1 banana, mashed

1. Cook oats in salted water for 10 – 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

2. Sprinkle with protein powder. Add banana and mix well. Serve immediately.

Yield: 1 serving
