Rash on my feet

Q: Ihave a strange rash on the bottoms of my feet. It’s turned my feet to leather, they’re dry and itchy and have red dots all over the bottom. does anyone know how to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to get rid of dark circles under your eyes?

A: The rash sounds like an infectious type rash, most likely bacterial. I would suggest making a strong tea from chaparral leaves and soak your feet in it several times a day. Chaparral kills viruses, bacteria and fungi. When done apply an oil mixed with essential oils of thyme and juniper berry to your feet, and put socks on. These oils also kill viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Remember to wash your hands well afterward. To make the oil I would suggest mixing 2 ounces of a base oil like sunflower oil or almond oil with 20 drops each of the thyme and juniper berry oils, and shake thoroughly. I would also suggest spraying your shoes and shower floor with Lysol to kill any bacteria present so you do not reinfect your feet.

Circles under the eyes are believed to be caused from kidney problems. My favorite kidney tonic is nettle leaf which can be taken in capsule, and it makes a great tea steeped a few hours with a little lemon grass and stevia. You can also apply shark liver oil to the circles. Some women use Preparation H for this purpose, and it’s active ingredient is shark liver oil.
