Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 clove garlic – minced
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
Sauté garlic in olive oil until browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook until sauce is reduced in half. Serve sauce at room temperature.
