Rice 'N' Strawberries


  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice, hot

1. In a blender, combine soy milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cashews, and salt.

2. Sprinkle strawberries over hot rice.

3. Pour cashew sauce over all.

4. Serve immediately

Yield: 1 serving
