TERIYAKI TEMPEH

Tempeh is a delicious food made from soybeans. Other grains are often included, and a culture similar to acidophilus is added. A nutritious mold binds the beans and grains and the result is a very high-protein food. Down to Earth sells many different varieties of tempeh.

1 pkg. tempeh of your choice
3 Tbsp. safflower oil
1/3 C. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or Braggs; add more if you like
3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
