This menu is for purists — those of you who think it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without the perfect turkey or the most fragrant biscuits. Although we used common ingredients in most of these recipes, some — like Baked Apples and Sweet Potatoes and Acorn Squash Stuffed with Cornbread — add interesting touches to the traditional versions.
We’re particularly proud of our Pumpkin Pie — it tastes unbelievably rich and creamy, yet it has only 2.9 grams of fat per serving!
