VEGGIE NUT PATE'

1 Cup Cashew pieces
1 Cup Almonds
Soak nuts in enough water to cover them and store in the refrigerator overnight.
½ Cup Maui Onion
¾ Cup Sliced carrots
¼ Cup Braggs Liguid Aminos
Pinch of Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients together and blend in the food processor.

Chill for an hour before serving. Delicious served on a chapati with lettuce or sprouts. Great on crackers or served as a vegetable dip.
