Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Pinch of cayenne
- Black pepper
Instructions:
Cut off ends of cucumbers and rub them to remove any bitterness; then peel and thinly slice. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Chill and serve. A cool, refreshing salad.
