Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation
1 – 1/2 cups white beans canellini, dry
1 piece kelp (kombu)
1 tablespoon garlic roasted
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Soak, change water and cook the beans. Save liquid for other stock needs. Process all ingredients. Lightly oil a muffin tin. Scoop 4 ounces bean mix in each. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

*Serving Ideas : Served with the roasted tomato sauce.
