Polenta smalzada

This kind of polenta it is of Trentino origin and is a dressing of anchovies untrimmed in butter (sometimes with a mince of garlic added at the last because they do not need to be brown). Serve hot with grated cheese (Parmesan or Vezzena). Everything can also be spread on a baking tray and bake.
